About the Artist

Roots

I was born in Arizona in 1997, and my father’s career gave my family the unique opportunity to travel throughout my childhood, exposing me to a variety of perspectives from different walks of life. A harmonious blend of eccentric experiences and an ever-growing imagination sparked my journey as a lifelong student and inspired the free-spirited, eclectic artist people know me as today!

Passions

From an early age, musical performance was my main pursuit, and I devoted nearly all my time and energy towards perfecting that craft. Over time though, I learned music was only one piece of a much more vibrant vision for the life I wanted to create. With the loving support of family and friends, I’ve been passionately exploring a spectrum of artistic expressions including painting, drawing, mixed-media art, music, storytelling, animation, fashion, dance, crocheting… (I could go on!)

Inspiration

Usually inspired by working with children and a fascination with psychology, my artwork often reflects the resilient nature of the human spirit, complemented by whimsical fantasy. My advocacy for mental health and wellness, proper child development, and personal values like empathy and perseverance are also woven into my work through various powerful themes.

Purpose

Art has taken me to many beautiful places - teaching at a preschool, becoming a paint instructor, being showcased in galleries, and touring through Europe as a musician just to name a few. Even more memorable, though, are the people I’ve met and communities I’ve been a part of along the way. I’ve been fortunate enough to work in some very encouraging environments and guide kids and adults to realize their artistic potential by nurturing their creativity.

Vision

Creating thoughtful art with a cause and helping aspiring creatives cultivate their visions became the undertone in everything I do as an artist.

So the journey to learn, grow, imagine, create, and inspire a world enriched in color continues...
